It is within a 10 minute walk from the 'Al Kasar' - Condado's own Town Centre. This apartment is frontline golf on the world class Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course (Bears Best). It also has magnificent views of the Sierra Espuna mountain range.

This spacious apartment offers first class accommodation with everything you will need for a relaxing stay.The apartment is on the first floor and has a lift so is suitable for people with walking difficulties.

Entertainment

For your entertainment there is a 32" widescreen LCD TV with over 100 English channels including BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4 and CH5 etc, plus other European stations. Also a DVD with a selection of popular children's and family films, or you can relax listening to your ipod / Mp3 on the  docking station.

Living Room

This open plan living room has a luxurious 3 seater leather sofa and 2 leather chairs - which is a very comfortable place to relax at any time of the day with use of the entertainment facilities.

Or you can walk through the patio doors onto the 18sq mtr TERRACE, where you will find the beautiful rattan Patio furniture, comprising a sofa and 2 chairs with matching cube table and seats for 8 people. Here you can while away the hours with a long cool drink and sunbathe in private, or peek over the balcony and see the golf course and  people on the driving range. This is an enviable location in the early evening too, take a nice chilled glass of wine and watch the sun set over the Sierra Espuna ........just magical.

The Bathroom is fully tiled complete with toilet, power shower and bath. There is also a shaver point and a mirror with a shelf.

Master Bedroom

The modern master bedroom features a very comfortable king sized bed. It  has fitted double wardrobes, bedside cabinets and a full length mirror and hair dryer and a small clock. Wake up each morning to the mountain views through the patio doors and take breakfast on the terrace in the glorious Murcia sunshine.

Second Bedroom

This stylish bedroom has full sized single beds, a bedside cabinet and again this has fitted wardrobes and a full length mirror.

The  fenced secure gated Swimming Pool is adjacent to

the apartment and has a shallow section for children,

This Apartment has its own designated car parking space.

San Javier airport is only  50 mins drive and alicante  1hr 10.

A cleaning fee of 50 euro's per stay is required  which includes towels, linen and meet and greet, this is paid locally.

Also £100 breakage fee which will be returned  within approx 7 days after you leave the apartment. When a satisfactory inspection has taken place by our management company.
