This contemporary apartment is tastefully furnished and is in an excellent position, overlooking the communal pool and children’s play area. The rear views are of the Golf and Driving Range.

It is within a 10 minute walk from the 'Al Kasar' - Condado's own Town Centre. This apartment is frontline golf on the world class Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course (Bears Best). It also has magnificent 360 degree views of the Sierra Espuna and Carrescoy mountain ranges.

Linen (including beach towels) are all provided.

The fenced secure gated swimming pool which is situated directly in front of the building has views of the golf course. There is a large shallow area for children. Children’s play area is situated directly adjacent to the pool, which has a slide, swings and various other activities.

Fully stocked supermarket 'Al Kasar' and 2 brand new restaurants all within a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

This spacious apartment offers first class accommodation with everything you will need for a relaxing stay.

Entertainment

For your entertainment there is a 32" widescreen LCD TV with over 100 English channels including BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CH4 and CH5 etc, plus other European stations. Also a DVD with a selection of popular children's and family films, or you can relax listening to your ipod / Mp3 on the  docking station.

Living Room

This open plan living room has a 3 seater leather sofa and trendy swivel chair - which is a very comfortable place to relax at the end of the day with use of the entertainment facilities. Or you can walk out onto the front balcony to enjoy the evening air.

Bathroom

The bathroom is fully tiled complete with toilet, power shower, bidet and bath. There is also a shaver point and mirrored cabinet.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full range of high quality cookware and utensils if you intend to cook those 'gourmet' meals. Facilities include a washing machine, fridge - freezer, oven, grill, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, microwave and hob.

Dining Area

Dining area has a black glass, high gloss table and chairs for 4 people.

Master Bedroom

The modern master bedroom features a double sized bed. It also has fitted double wardrobes, bedside cabinets and a full length mirror and hair dryer.

Second Bedroom

This stylish bedroom has full sized twin single beds, bedside cabinets and again this has fitted wardrobes.

Terrace

The massive roof top solarium has comfortable Rattan furniture, along with a dining table and chairs which seats 6 people. It's an incredible space for a BBQ for family and friends or just for soaking up the sun.

AreCondado de Alhama is an ideal choice for a family holiday, golfing holiday or just a short break to visit the beautiful cities of Murcia, Cartagena, Mazarron and Lorca which are just a short drive from the resort. Puerto De Mazarron is also a short drive away from Condado and offers beautiful beaches an abundance of cafes, bars and restaurants.

San Javier Airport is a 45 min drive and Alicante is 1 hour 10 minutes.

50 Euros Cleaning Fee (charge to be paid locally on arrival)

A £100 deposit is required with all bookings which will be refunded upon satisfactory property inspection after departure.
