Property Detail

Lovely two bed first floor apartment with large terrace overlooking the beautiful pool and gardens.  There is also a childrens pool and play area.  Comfortably furnished with air conditioned lounge including sofa bed and dining area and a full kitchen for those who wish to self cater.  All linen and bath towels are provided for your stay, but please bring your own beach towels.  There is a lift so the apartment is suitable for young and elderly.

Situated in a quiet area less than 5 minutes walk to the town centre with bars and restaurants and golf club house.  There is also a well stocked supermarket with a good range of local and British products.   A short drive from the resort you will find a good selection of bars and restaurants catering for most tastes.

The golf course is suitable for players of all abilities and for those  wishing to try the other Polaris World courses a courtesy bus runs from the town centre.

Nearest airports are Murcia which is 20 minutes away and Alicante 50 minutes. We can arrange for you to be collected or a car can be hired from the airport. From personal experience we recommend www.carjet.co.uk.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before travelling.  A refundable security deposit of £100 is also payable and there is a 50 euro cleaning fee payable locally.
