Luxurious, tastefully furnished detached new villa on the ground floor, sleeps six, with everything you would expect at a top golfing resort. The location is the best of both worlds, a short 5-minute stroll down to the center, with its 5-star intercontinental hotel, bars and restaurants, ATM & bank, supermarket nearby, and yet just far away enough for a bit of peace and quiet. The accommodation has full air conditioning and central heating in all three bedrooms as well as the lounge /dining area. The newly installed 7m x 3m heated pool benefits from having the hot-tub on the same level; Mum & Dad can relax in cool comfort while keeping an eye on the kids. Free 1Mbit broadband access is included - no problem keeping in touch with the office. Telephone allowing you to make free calls within the resort, as well as accepting incoming calls. Booking:- 10% deposit required to confirm the booking and the final balance (90%) is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Security/damage deposit:- £200 deposit against potential damages is payable along with the balance of the holiday, to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival, and will be refunded on satisfactory inspection after you leave. Pool Heating:- In the cooler months, the pool can be heated at an extra cost of £50/week. During the summer months, the pool heating is almost certainly not required. Linen:- £85:00 weekly - not included in rental. Cleaning:- A mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional £85. |
