Our corner ground floor luxury apartment has a stunning front-line location, with views across the fairway to the eighth hole, the lake and the golf course. The apartment has a large covered terrace with sun and shade all day long, and a little garden of your own. The grocery shop is close by, and you can walk directly from the terrace to the shared swimming pool just 30m away. On the terrace, you have a dining table with six chairs and rattan furniture set (sofa, two armchairs and table) and two deckchairs. Living room and both bedrooms have air-conditioning and gas central heating for wintertime. The apartment contains one bathroom and an extra toilet. The Hacienda Riquelme golf resort is a paradise for golfers and holidaymakers. The 18 hole par 72 course stretches 6416m from the back tee, and includes five lakes and plenty of bunkers to test your game! This Championship golf course is fast gaining a reputation as the best and most challenging in the area and will be worthy of its PGA status. Linen & Maid Service: All bed linen, towels, tea-towels laundry will be taken care of by arrangement locally as well as final cleaning. Please allow 70 euros for maid service directly to our local representative. No towels provided for pool or beach.
