We are delighted to offer for holiday rental a beautifully furnished luxury ground floor apartment on Hacienda Riquelme resort.

This is a beautifully furnished two bedroomed ground floor apartment with private garden and shaded terrace overlooking the 14th fairway and with views across the course to the Hacienda and mountains beyond. 

The apartment is near to the sports faclities and 70m from the communal pool. 

Full agency services are available including 'meet and greet', baby-sitting and catering, as well as the usual cleaning and linen change.  Everything to make your holiday a complete success.

Hacienda Riquelme forms part of the Jack Nicklaus trail, which includes La Torre,  El Valle and Mar Menor, all within a short drive.

As well as spectacular golf courses, the region offers a variety of beaches all within easy reach, in a climate that enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year.

The apartment is ideal for four people, and is well-appointed with modern furnishings throughout.

Accommodation consists of two twin bedrooms, lounge and dining area furnished to a high standard including TV / DVD player, a well appointed kitchen equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher, a bathroom and a utility room with washing machine.

All rooms have air conditioning and radiators. Patio doors open from the lounge and master bedroom onto the terrace, which is equipped with outdoor dining facilities, barbecue and sun-beds. Although ideal for four people the lounge has a sofa bed for an extra guest.        

There is secure underground parking allocated to the apartment. Bed linen and towels are provided and our representative will meet you to introduce you to the apartment and will be available to assist you during your stay.

This  unspoilt area of Spain enjoys over 300 days of sunshine throughout the year at an average temperature of 21º C and can truly claim to be a year round holiday destination.

As well as the excellent golfing facilities, a variety of beaches are easily accessible, from the safe, long, sandy beaches and calm shallow waters of the beautiful Mar Menor at Los Alcazares and Los Nerejos, to the picturesque Mediterranean white beaches and turquoise sea further north at La Zenia and Campoamor.  These coastal resorts offer a wide range of restaurants and bars to suit every taste.  To the south is the famous La Manga strip with its renowned golf course, and the rugged coastline of Calblanque, a walkers paradise.

The nearby town of Sucina offers banks, shops, restaurants and bars, while the historic cities of Murcia and Cartegena are within easy reach by car and train, offering first class shopping and nightlife.

The apartment is conveniently situated just 20 minutes from Murcia San Javier airport or 50 minutes from Alicante.

The apartment is located on the spectacular Hacienda Riquelme golf resort, which boasts a superb championship 18 hole par 72 golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus and part of the Jack Nicklaus Trail.  There is a practice range, golf shop and bar on the complex.

The Jack Nicklaus Trail also includes the nearby courses at La Torre, El Valle and Mar Menor resorts, all of which guests can play at preferential rates.

The resort also features a selection of swimming pools, the nearest being only 70m away, a supermarket, bar/cafe, tennis courts and other sports facilities. 

Further afield guests can enjoy walking, cycling, mountain biking and watersports.

Rates & Reservations

The apartment is currently available for weekly rental at £195 low season 30 Oct to 27 March, £245 mid season 27 March to 26 June and  4 Sept to 30 Oct, and £295 high season 26 June to 4 Sept.

During the high season the apartment is usually rented for blocks of a week, arriving and departing on Saturday. However if you wish to visit on a short break we may be able to be flexible so please contact us using the enquiry form below.

The prices exclude the charge of end of rental cleaning and laundry, which costs EUR60 and is paid locally on collection of the keys.

Our agent will meet you on arrival to introduce you to the apartment and assist you during your stay and can provide a welcome pack to order on request.

In addition we can arrange rental of a cot and high chair and baby sitting facilities.  We can also cater for larger groups by organising mini bus transport and accommodation in nearby apartments.
