This tastefully presented Penthouse is situated in Block 12 (5min walk to town centre) on Los Naranjos in a quiet location directly overlooking and enjoying breathtaking views of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course with the mountains of Sierra Espuna National Park in the distance.

The accommodation has a modern concept, with a spacious feel and has been tastefully appointed to a particularly high standard. Comprising of fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops and shelves offering dishwasher, microwave, large fridge freezer, oven, hob and washing machine.This apartment is self sufficient offering all the home comforts required for a relaxing family holiday or a fun golf weekend on one of Europes newest golf trails. 

The dining area and lounge has patio doors leading out onto the terrace which is furnished with seating for 4 and a parasol, to enable you to enjoy the most magnificent sunsets over the mountain views with a cool drink. The terrace offers extensive views over the golf course and enjoys sun throughout the day. The master bedroom leads out onto the terrace again with stunning views. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes with underbed storage,drawers,wall mirror and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a full suite complete with shower and extractor fan. The accommodation has full  hot/cold airconditioning installed.

The Penthouse is equipped with a selection of DVD's for those lazy evenings and various books to relax on the terrace with. A cot with bedding and a highchair are available on request free of charge.  Welcome packs and meet and greet are also available on request.  Towels and bed linen are included in the price.  40€ is payable locally to the keyholder on your first day to cover cleaning and linen washing.

The Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course is now open with driving range, complete with 1€ ball dispenser, and buggy and club hire.

On the resort there are tennis and squash courts, basketball court and football pitches. Next to the Penthouse is the communal pool with a shallow area for children, gardens and play area. Just a short walk away is the large supermarket, The Clover Bar, Limonera and Trattoria restaurants.  Both restaurants are reasonably priced and offer a wide variety of tasty food.

Within easy reach of the resort (15 mins drive) is the spectacular new Marina at Puerto Mazarron with its palm fringed promenade and beautiful beaches. It has a wide range of restaurants, cafes and bars. Just a 5minute drive away is Urbanization Campasol which has a wide range of bars, restaurants and takeaways.  The towns of Cartagena, Totana, Lorca, the City of Murcia and the Sierra Espuna National Park are all within easy reach of the resort. 

A security deposit of £100 is required to cover any damages, which will be refunded within 7-14 days once a satisfactory property inspection report has been received.  A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking with the balance and security deposit payable 6 weeks before arrival.
