The Apartment
A beautiful, brand new, 3 bedroom ground floor apartment on the exclusive gated Polaris World Resort of Condado De Alhama.
The apartment itself is situated in the middle of "Jardin 7, Los Naranjos", just a 2 minute stroll from the first tee and planned clubhouse (clubhouse due to open October 2010), with the large shared swimming pool (with separate childrens pool) directly outside the gate. The pool is gated for safety.
Everything you need for your stay is provided and there are two sets of golf clubs you can use free of charge (saving you 2x€25 per round club hire fee). Just bring your own shoes!
Terrace/Garden
The large terrace/garden looks directly over the childrens pool and as it's south facing you get the sun all day. Removable sail shades are provided for the terrace and can be easily put up to provide some welcome relief from the sun. Terrace furniture consists of a table, 4 chairs, foot stool and 2 matching sun loungers.

Bedroom 3 - Single bed with a second pull-out bed that is conveniently stored underneath. Built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, mirror.

Within the resort you will find a bar, restaurant, supermarket (with internet access) and temporary golf pro-shop, all located in the "Al Kasar" town centre.
There are plenty of quiet beaches to visit, or even take a trip to Cartagena, Murcia City or Sierra Espuna National Park. Mazzaron Port is a 15 minute drive and here you will find beaches and a local market to pick up some bargains.

All prices are fully inclusive and include electricity and water. Even the fee normally charged to clean the apartment after your stay is included. A refundable security deposit of €100 is required to cover breakages and this will be refunded within 7 days of your departure.
The full cost of your booking minus €55 must be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival or immediately if you book within 4 weeks. Upon arrival at the resort the remaining €55 should be paid direct to the keyholder.
