This wonderful apartment has everything you could possible need. It is well furnished and has a wonderful contemporary feel to it.

The terrace is stunning and offers you a choice of dining sunbathing or relaxing and all on one terrace! It is so comfortable you wont want to leave. The views are mesmerising and the only sound you will here is the chink of club on ball.

There is now also internet connection at the apartment. Bring your own laptop and buy a card at the supermarket.

About the Resort:

Polaris World Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort houses one of the oldest haciendas that have existed in Murcia.

This old Hacienda hosts the Town Center which is Opening Soon.

The Town Centre will offer all type of services and commodities: restaurants, cafeterias, pubs, travel agency, rent a car services, fitness Centre, swimming pool, medical Centre, gardening and decoration services, etc …

The spectacular 18 hole, par 72 is a championship Jack Nicklaus Design golf course. This golf course house's a driving range, pro-shop, club house and a golf academy.

The resort's nearest villiage is the picturesque Sucina, which is known as the Field of Murcia, it is surrounded by the mountain ranges Altaona, Scallion and Columbares.

The village Centre comprises of a church Nuestra Señora Del Roasario. On one side of the church, you will find a bank, whilst on the other side, a traditional Spanish restaurant.

Two roads up from the church, along a row of tiny, terraced houses dating back to the 18th Century, you will find the local ‘Panaderia,’ or bakery where an endless supply of ‘Pasteles’ or cakes and daily bread my be purchased. Monday is market day in Sucina on the Centrale San Javier, between the hours of 9am and 2pm.

Murcia the Region

Murcia, “the Florida of Spain!” is situated on the Costa Calida (the hot cost) which offers the most days of sunshine with an average temperature of 21 degrees. There are 250 kms of coastline to both the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Seas. The area offers a diverse selection of activities such as hiking, climbing and biking.

The Costa Calida stretches from the El Mojon a small fishing village with wonderful beaches down to Mazarron a seaside resort with stunning beaches and Agullias the roman fishing port, in the south. This beautiful rugged region has many quaint fishing villages and picturesque hideaways in the hillsides all worth exploring.

The Mar Menor itself is the biggest attraction, this saltwater lagoon is divided from the Mediterranean by the strip of land known as La Manga del Mar Menor. This strip of land is 22km long and has hotels, casinos, bars and restaurants. The Mar Menor attracts water sports fans all year round with its windsurfing and jet skiing.

No holiday would be complete without a trip to Lo Pagan, a town with the largest area of mud baths in Europe. The therapeutic qualities of the natural mud baths are renowned for their healing properties.

There are many opportunities for days out and we would recommend a visit to the historic town of Cartagena with its mix of history, naval port and shopping, something for everyone! Many cafes offer a fine selection of tapas at reasonable rates. Other places worthy of a visit are Santiago de la Ribera, los Alcazares and Cabo de Palos.

Lets not forget the famous La Manga Club! No matter what time of year you choose to visit, there are plenty of things to keep you entertained and busy such as golf, tennis, spa, swimming, fitness, squash, paddle tennis, cricket, professional football, mountain biking, beach, water sports, horse riding, and over 20 restaurants and bars offering a lively nightlife...

With all these things to do you will have to book another holiday to recover or why not do it all over again!

Excellent apartment with everything you needed. The pools are fabulous & the site maintenance exceptional with excellent security & very polite staff so when the site is finished & the restaurant, shops etc are built it will be great.

Plus cleaning and laundry. Cleaning on leaving is 55 Euros, laundry is 10 Euros per bed used.
