"We have stayed in several apartments on La Torre - yours is the best." This comment by a recent guest sums it up. Our spacious apartment is located in one of the best positions on the La Torre resort alongside the 18th fairway - quiet, but only a few minutes stroll from the Club House, supermarket and restaurants. It has two air-conditioned bedrooms (many apartments do not), one double (king size) and one twin. The spacious lounge/dining room is luxuriously furnished and has British television. The terrace is fully equipped for 'al fresco' living with dining table, chairs and sunloungers. Walk through your own private garden to the beautiful communal garden and pool area, with two large pools and spacious sun-deck area. There are about 20 golf courses in the area, and guests are entitled to substantial discounts on all the NICKLAUS GOLF TRAIL courses (currently 4). For non-golfers, some of Spain's best beaches are also within easy reach. For culture and retail therapy the nearby cities of Murcia and Cartegena offer excellent facilities. Guests are provided with a comprehensive information pack, including location and contact information for all the golf courses in the area. Also detailed directions as to how to get from the Apartment to the local beaches, shopping centres, recommended restaurants, and of course all the other 'Nicklaus Golf Trail' courses. |
