There is full air conditioning throughout, with units in bedrooms and living area/lounge which provide cooling when it is hot and and heating when the weather is cooler.

The Condado De Alhama resort has all the usual Polaris World facilities including large resturant next to the clover  bar which now has live music and large supermarket which also has bikes for rent.

The Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole  signature golf course is now open and i can arrange discounted golf fees and book your tee times.I have also been able to arrange discounted golf fees on many other nearby courses from as little as 15 euros a round.

The beautiful and historic cities of Murcia, Lorca and Cartagena and the fantastic coastal resort of Puerto Mazarron are also within easy reach.
