A beautifully presented 2nd floor apartment with a terrace overlooking gardens and giving stunning views towards Murcia. Set in a quiet location that feels out of the way but is just a 5 minute stroll to the clubhouse and town centre. The supermarket is just 10 minutes walk away.

There is a large communal pool just 30 seconds away and also a number of kiddies play areas dotted around the resort.

The lounge area has a leather sofa that converts into a double bed - the apartment can therefore sleep 6 but 5 is probably a more reasonable number.

There is a folding-leaf dining table with four chairs. This can be folded down when not in use to create more space.

Satellite TV is available with BBC & ITV and a large number of english and European channels.

Kitchen has had a number of kitchen units added to give guests more workspace and increased storage space.

Bedrooms have ceiling fans and plenty of storage space. The main bedroom has patio doors leading out to the terrace.

Wi-Fi is available - cards have to be purchased form the clubhouse.

There is a telephone in the apartment for incoming calls and for information & booking services on the Polaris World resorts

The terrace boasts stunning views of the mountains and plains towards Murcia.

The communal pool is just around the corner, less than one minute away. Guests are welcome to take the two sun loungers down to the pool (as long as they bring them back each day). There is also 2 sunbeds by the pool.

There is a secure basement car park. Guests will need the remote control (stored in the apartment) in order to open the electronic security gate.
The apartment is accessed by lift or stairs.

Further details

There is a 70 Euro cleaning charge for each stay, regardless of length of stay. Guests can leave the money in the apartment for the cleaner or can pay in advance.

We have a property manager on site to deal with any problems or emergencies.

Guests can choose between a 'meet & greet' or we can forward apartment keys to guests.

Conditions

Refundable breakages deposit of £100 required with the booking, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

A deposit is required to secure your booking and the full amount must be paid a minimum 2 weeks before your stay.

There is a lift in the apartment building providing wheelchair access.
